Regardless, the X4 M isn't aimed at the GTS, anyway, that's the job of the X4 M40, a vehicle that costs less than the GTS does. The X4 M would line up with the Macan Turbo, a vehicle that again I would expect to cost more than the X4 M, especially with common equipment, as they routinely crest $100k (putting them squarely into X5 M range).
Porsche rarely comes in 2nd place in the "which car is more expensive" battle. I don't expect it to this time, either.

It’s not all about HP!! And a Macan GTS really doesn’t need any options in my opinion!! I believe at launch the Porsche actually undercut the (original) X4 on price spec for spec!!
