It's stepping into the old X5/6M territory. |
An X6M starts at over $100k.
This may not be cheap but it slots nicely in the lineup, quite a bit cheaper than an X6M and just a little more than a similar M4. |

I don't really have any reason to defend the price, but I'm just surprised that others are surprised. The starting price of the X4M is only $3-4K from an M4, and this is a competition model with an exec package. It's a lot more car than an M4 for just a bit more, are people expecting it should have been the same or cheaper? |
I will all come down to how many BMW wants to make.
It's all lease rate dependent.
