It's not the speed but the differential in speed that's the factor here.

I know that's a dampener on this thread but I think this sort of stuff should be left to be on a track
The drivers and roadways are designed to be able to travel at such speeds safely.

Lane discipline and driver awareness are eons ahead of anything you see in North America.
This is very true! I live in Sweden and just traveling through germany make's me in awe of how different your traffic/ drivers act, in difference to some in the south of Sweden
