So apparently word on the
street is the X4 hasn't received EPA approval (in the USA) yet, thus the hold-up.
My X4 has been ready for over a week and is gathering dust in BMW's mega Spartanburg parking lot.
(I flew a quadcopter drone over the parking lot looking for it. There she is! ... Kidding!)
