They told us to push the start button twice when shutting down before exiting the vehicle. They also mentioned the trick where you hold the radio power button for two seconds to shut everything down. It really does seem odd that such a technologically advanced vehicle will drain its own battery for hours with the motor off. I'll get my wife to follow their procedure and see what happens.
