Ronco21, how you determined the problem? What did you repair inside of ECU?
The ECU you posted is CAS system, which the center "brain" of the car that controls access, security, OBDII and I believe inter-buss transfers. Coding it will be not as simple, it should have VIN number coded and on mismatch with engine VIN will not work.
