Major Electronics Malfunction
I removed the Footwell Module and looked for any sign of rodents or compromised wires. The entire area was clean as a whistle so I simply reinstalled the module. I hooked up the battery and the car came alive including the door locks and the power windows. I'm going to put the car back together and try starting. Let you know.
