That 440 WLTP is pretty weak for a 74kWh battery. Now it’s starting to make sense why they only went RWD for the iX3... cost. A front motor would probably add $5K or more to what’s probably gonna be a high-ish MSRP.
I suppose they could do what they did with the ActiveHybrid range (former owner here), and basically give them away at the same cost as the equivalently-powered/spec’d ICE version.
How much of a premium can they really ask for an iX3, over and above what a X3 30e starts at $49K?
