They took another look and agreed so it's being totaled. i wonder of they valued it higher but TBH when i look at Autotrader, replacement cost is 20K including taxes.

Glad to hear they totaled it!!! Having a car with that much repair work is a big hit on the value of the car and long term reliability. Even if they repaired it I'd sell it as fast as possible. I don't believe for a second that repairs will be as good as the factory product.
