I would argue that the point of building a car (as opposed to buying off the lot) is to get the things that you actually want. Are the M seats and rear seat heaters things you really want or were they just convenient to add since you were already building? If it's the former, and you really don't like the new styling, walk away and get something you really want.
Personally, I wouldn't want to spend what these cars cost to end up with something less than I want.
