I had the a similar noise that was coming from the back side whenever I was driving on a bumpy road , the noise started after I had an accident from the rear that resulted in replacing the rear bumper and the trunk door , however it turned out that the dealership forgot to reinstall the exhaust coupling which caused the wired bird sounds.
Luckily they fond the problem and fixed it , and since then I haven't heard that noise.
