I’m looking to do exactly the same! Happy to forfeit the boot space for the assurance that I have a spare wheel. Annoyingly, it doesn’t look like the Pirelli Zero All Season Plus is available in the Uk.
Two options appear to be Vredstein Quatrac 5 and Pirelli Scorpion Zero.
Will need to do more research. Big fan of winter tyres so will need to be convinced that the all season option will be ok in winter. If all goes to plan, would like not to have to change wheels every 6 months.
