Funny you mention that in this thread. I am seriously considering giving up medicine. Lately, between the malpractice, the declining reimbursement from insurance, and the rising overhead, I keep working more and earning less. My brother in law is a nurse here and makes more than me! Oh, to work in a car-related field...should have gone into engineering instead
