Sweet Potato Coconut Soup and Salad. The soup (puree) contains Japanese yams, onions, carrots, a leek, garlic, chicken stock, coconut milk, coconut oil, curry powder, some white wine, etc. Cilantro and scallion garnish. Chardonnay tonight.
