Suspect he’s just planning on following M’s formal recs, which do make it clear that LC shouldn’t be done before break-in period is completed (which they define as 3,100 miles/5,000 km). Confusion comes up over the 1,200 mile ‘drive-in checkup’ as they call it, which they infer is not the end of ‘break-in’. Some of this was covered in his original thread back in May 2021:

It is possible to LC right out of the box, so comes down to personal preference whether to follow M’s recs or not (I'm not advocating for or against, just sharing what they state)...
