Is it just how it sat in a box for a long time?
I'm not familiar with the part. If it needs to be straight and good to seal, and nothing else really touches its sides, I'd return it. If it fits over something else or gets mashed between other parts, then it'll probably get straightened out when that happens. I guess I'm saying - it depends on what that bent area contacts, if anything.
