Wheels only came in 5x114.3 with 79.5 hub bore. I ordered custom adapters/spacers from US Adapters. They came in quickly, were reasonably priced, and were really well made. Spacing is 19mm in front and 22 mm in rear. If I had to do it again, I'd probably go with a little more sidewall and 295s in the rear.

PUBLIC SERVICE ANNOUNCEMENT:
Do not buy adapters from Bronson or usadapters.com. I snapped 5 wheel studs off of 3 of their adapters.
