This sounds like such an absolute nightmare and I’m sure we as a forum can say sorry you have to deal with it. Based on your past experience I’m sure you agree the normal BMW experience is fantastic, and it is such a shame indeed that BMWNA tosses a customer to the side like this. They should absolutely be going after the dealer for shady CPO practice. I Hope everything works out for you in the end and I’ll be following the story. Maybe it’s Porsche time!
