You can find direct reviews on these tires vs pilot all seasons and a few other tires. If you want best in class dry grip and performance but can deal with snow then it's the Pilot 4 all seasons even though they only come in stock size. The Scorpions are suppose to be a tiny bit worse in general except they're suppose to have slightly better tread life, less noise and be slightly more comfortable. They're both UHP all seasons tires.
