r33_RGSport, how did you go about removing the Active Grill while preventing CEL from being thrown? I've removed the vertical slats and horizontal bar which the actuator moves to open/close the slats. I'm now getting a CEL. Upon starting the truck, the Active Grill actuator seems to cycle 1.5x in one direction before stopping and throwing the CEL. I'm almost certain the actuator is a hall effect sensor and I lost the magnet in the process of removing the other pieces. Can you shed some light on this one for me? Feel free to DM. TIA!
