I've definitely noticed the lack of fucks given usually. it really depends on the area because some are notorious for getting people at 1mph over (Google Selma, TX). Where I live they don't care 90% of the time no one cares
I've gotten maybe 7 warnings since moving here for moving violations (speeding or whatever), I had more for no front plate than anything else
