Anyone had their oil level sensor go bad? Besides connecting to a BMW computer system, is there way of checking the sensor itself?
Hi,
I have the same problem with my X3, 2012. What happened finally? What did you do to resolve this problem?
Only difference in my case is that my car has a little blue smoke at startup (after sitting over night), which I assume it should be cause of leaking oil from turbo oil pipe inlet during night onto turbine (Mine has the old version pipe without check valve).

Your reply will be highly appreciated
