From the quotes I've gotten regarding painting as well for the splitters it's around another $200 or so. All in, I still don't think their parts are worth the cost.
As a side note, the instructions for the ACS splitters just have them being glued on so install is straight forward but a pain as you'll be having to secure them on there for several hours as the glue dries. Probably could do 3M tape instead of the glue though.
