What they say on the pads is:
Yellowstuff = a lot of dust, don't work well until hot
Redstuff = low dust, work well cold even better when hot. I can't find much anything on initial bite but no one has said they are bad so they should be a safe bet.
I don't think there nearly as many running Redstuff's than there are the Posi-Quiet so there's not much 'data' to know for sure.

I am using the Redstuff pads. They are definitely better than the stock pads. I would consider them a sport pad with a good compromise of better initial bite and better stopping power without being noisy or dusty. I am happy with them so far. Note you will get a lot of dust during the bedding process and the first weeks as things level out between the pad and rotor.
