If this has already been posted, please forgive me. Rather than go down to 20’s or 22 inch aftermarket wheels, I wanted to keep the stock 21 inch wheels on the M40i. A lot of people have complained about the stock RFT, limited options and I also didn’t like the way the RFT felt.

So I just swapped out the RFT for Pirelli Scorpion All Season Plus XL tires. The front size is 265/40/21 ($240 each) and 295/35/21 ($272 each) on the rear. The ride feels much better than the RFT and now I don’t have to be concerned about summer tires during the upcoming limited winter we have here in TX. Hope this helps those who are looking for a non-RFT and all season option for the stock 21 inch wheels.
