I took my M40i in Monday for the exact same issue. They initially said it was the wheel balance being off, charged me $90. Still got the same vibration from 50-60 under load and took it back today. Shop foreman drove it and immediately felt it. He told me he thinks it’s either engine programming, misfire, spark plug, or coil issue. They’re going to keep it for a few days to diagnose.
What did they tell you guys initially when you took it in?
