I hope BMW is listening to this. We're considering the new XC60 also and in addition to its cost being a good deal below the X3 (feature to feature), they also are offering *very* competitive leases right now. I'd prefer the X3 M40i to the XC60 T6 Inscription, but not if the lease payment is 30% higher, just not enough difference between the cars to justify it. Plus I don't want to be the person to tell my wife she doesn't get massaging front seats *and* the car costs $200 a month more.

(My take on comparing the two cars:
XC60 T6 Ins: better interior, better exterior, better safety, better seats, crazy air suspension, less expensive
X3 M40i: better chassis, vastly superior engine, better nav/entertainment, overall more engaging drive, stay in BMW family
