We're selling my wife's 2012 BMW X3 35i SUV. We're the original owners, and custom ordered it from BMW new from the factory in South Carolina. It has only 7962 miles and is in excellent shape. It stays in a garage both at home and at work, and is almost never left outside. It is in nearly perfect condition. The only reason we're selling it is that my wife no longer drives so we don't need a second car. It has the remaining 4 year / 50,000 mile factory BMW warranty which covers everything including oil changes. We don't have kids and don't smoke.

It includes nearly every option except the sport and/or m-sport package. We preferred the standard seats over the sport seats, as the sport seats are a bit more snug. It does have the 300hp/300tq turbocharged 3.0 liter engine, and is incredibly fast.
