I use TuneIn a lot at the moment. Good for those in the UK with no DAB and unlimited data contracts. Sadly it no longer works on my iPhone 5 on an EE 4G contract, in fact hardly any audio streams work

What level of entertainment system from BMW's range will these apps work ?

I'm looking at ordering an X3 for a Company car soon and don't want to order the wrong head unit

I think you'll just need to add "BMW Apps" to your order, which is a low cost option.

This is correct although it used to have other pre-requisites too like USB telephone interface. Not sure if this is still the case but you can't add 6NR without all of its prerequisites on the configurator

I have unlimited data with T-mobile... great for listening to stations from all over the world.

I assume you'll have to wait for the BMW Connected app to get updated. All of the existing apps are only available through this app

You are correct, I didn't see under BMW Apps. Have to look out for a new Connected App update.
