Anybody upgrade US Premium or STD speakers yet?
I drove my wife's E60 with Standard system and upgraded BSW speakers yesterday. What difference above the X3 premium sound that I have. Really getting the upgrade fever.

I have a '12 x3 m-sport with premium audio and added a 12 inch woofer/amp combo to the trunk. Used technic's harness to get the signal, then tapped off of a line on the right rear bundle for a turn on wire. Works perfect. Huge upgrade to the system.

im wondering whats the best option for upgrading premium hifi (the mid grade) here in Canada.

Don't want to throw cold water on your hopes but BSW made such promises for the first gen X3 for years and in the end never produced the upgrade kit. Perhaps things will be different this time........

I have the premium audio in my 2013 f25 and I also added a 10" sub to it and its perfect!! I am completely satisfied. I used my BSW sub and Rockford amp from my e90 328i kit and bought a small truck enclouorser to use the sub with. Very happy with the results and lost very lil trunk space
