Anyone bought the BMW Winter Alloys with Tyres

I have a White M Sport with 19" alloys, I have been looking on the BMW website and have seen a package for the Winter probably for four months of it anyway to swap to some 17" Alloys with Winter Tyres although they don'l look too good I'm not too concerned for the sake of four months and the car being a bit safer when the snow comes along with a smaller tread depth and better winter tyre.

The cost of the whole package is £1,500, this includes storage. Just wondering is this a good price or has anyone seen any better packages out there?

Thanks in advance everyone.

I have them - plan to fit them in end of October and leave them on until 1st April.
Seems a good price and with them doing the swap and storage should work out fine.

did look at other options and seemed cheapest was around £1200 but that was without storage and swapping. So went for the BMW option.

That looks like a very reasonable price. I just paid $2600can for a set of 18" 307 rims and Pirelli winter rubber

For comparison I paid £2200 for 18s RFT 307 and Dunlop SP2 Winter Sport. Was quoted £1500 for non-RFT 17s I think. Only went for the 18s because they look a lot better - vain!

I bought my X3 with winter tires on, because delivery was at the end of January this year. Naturally, I got 18 "M Sport summer tires along with the delivery. Picture is taken at the dealer on delivery. As you can see, it´s the 17" Y-spoke rim.

That's a good price for that package. Is that RFT? That package at my dealer is about $3700 in Edmonton. Where did you get these?

The set were sold by a local dealer who had unused stock from last year. I was quoted the 3700 as well for the same package.

Yep. RFT

I expect to use up the tires before they get too old anyway. The dealership advertised the deal on kijiji... Who knew?

Those wheels look much better than I thought they would! I guess with color coded wheel arches, the gap doesn't look too big! I also love the X3 in Titanium silver!

When I eventually get my X3, I was thinking of having winter tires fitted to the 19" rims. Wouldn't this be a cheaper option than buying a set of wheels?
