Stickers (his and hers, A/B/etc) for key fob?
When I bought my 135i, there were some nice his & hers stickers in with my owners manual. With comfort access, this is a pretty nice little addition to the key so we don't get them mixed up. The stickers fit nicely in a recess on the back of the key.
Does anyone know if the redesigned key fob that comes with the X3 is supposed to have stickers? I see a recess on the back that looks like it could accommodate one, but I can't find any stickers in my owners manual and materials. ![]()

Are they for the new key, or the old style? See the recessed area on the key in my photo? Can you tell me if they look like they'd fit there?

No, the stickers we received didn't cover that entire width of the recess. No big deal to me though. Just needed to mark which key contained which profile. Also got them on different keyrings anyway LOL

I just put a tiny dot of some silver finger nail polish on the back of my fob. Easy to tell at a glance which fob is mine. I used the nail polish because you can easily scratch it off with a finger nail if you wanted to but it is still semi-permanent. I actually had a nice turquoise shade on there for about a year and it just fell off maybe a month ago.

I would have thought the easiest thing to do was put "his" and "hers" key fobs on the keys - or at least different ones - problem solved!
