Brand new OEM M wheels and tires(winter)

I have this set of brand new OEM M wheels, the style # I don't know. I changed my mind about mounting them, they're really too nice for winter in nyc. The tires still have the paint on the treads, these have never even been mounted to a car. The tires are Bridgestone Blizzak LM-001 in 225/50R18 RUNFLAT, with the TPMS sensors. The rims are 18x7.5, square setup. The tires are performance type snow tires, similar to the sottozero or wintersport lines of tires. THese actually sold already to a guy who wanted to put them on is 3 series. I thought they'd fit, they ended up being the wrong bore size for a 3er. So, they are still for sale, in Conneticut, I could put anyone whos interested in touch with him. I'm sure he'd let them go for $1600.

Will these fit a 2017 X3 28i Xdrive with the M-package?

I'm interested.
