Strings of code for HUD functions:

To display entertainment information in your HUD (only shows when you scroll with the steering wheel roller switch)
KOMBI/3000/HUD_ENTERTAINNMENT_ENABLE--->Aktiv

To display incoming phone information on the HUD:
KOMBI/3000/HUD_TELEFONANRUF_ENABLE--->Aktiv

To display previous phone list on the HUD (activated by the telephone button on the steering wheel):
KOMBI/3000/HUD_TELEFONBUNCH_ENABLE--->Aktiv

Any thoughts on adjusting, through coding, the default values for the steering wheel resistence/feel settings with DHP?

yes I know someone that codes in MD/VA/DC. He just did the changes in my 2011 X3. Let me know if you still need coding on yours.

Can one code:

- Cruise control ON after start?

- BT connection on between mobile phone and radio, even though BT option not ordered (I just assume the radio has BT as I got all warning notes about BT even though I did not order it).

Here are all the features I added to my X3 thanks to my local MD coder.. I am loving it!

-Add DVD playback on NAV screen
-Enable DVD payback during motion
-Enable Fog Lights on while/with High Beam
-Show Driving Speed (MPH) display as BC option
-Show Tire Pressure and Tire Temperature readings (only available for F series BMWs)
-Add remote Window/Sunroof close with key fob
-Add remote Power Tailgate close with key fob
-Add remote Side Mirror fold/unfold with key fob
-Add Sport Display (not fully showing, meter showing Power/Torque during driving)
-Add fuel stop suggestion in NAV guidance
-Add one-touch Window up/down while door is open
-Remove NAV Accept screen/disclaimers
-Remove Seatbelt alarm ding
-Remove Fog light error (since I installed HID Fogs)

My car is MY2013 so it came with the sport display coded by the factory.

Impulss, check the coding made easy thread. I think it's in there somewhere. My '13 came with it working so I didn't need to research this option.

I think it is also that you have a new realese software of the car I have found and activated sport display but mine are only 2 bars .......

How did you remove fog light error? Wich code?

Hi, I just successfully changed the FM frequencies to European settings. Works nicely! Have you managed to receive TMC (Verkehrsfunk) information to your Nav system and do you know how to make the station "stay" while driving, when it needs a new frequencey due to a different location?

Any one find a way to code the X3 so that the car defaults to the "Sport" setting on startup? I basically never drive the car in comfort mode (I've got DHP - so my sport setting just firms up the suspension and steering resistance) and it is annoying to have to hit the drive mode button every time I start up the car. Even a "remember last setting" would work well.

Where is this person located and what kind of cost is associated? Would love to have some things coded and def don't want to do it myself
