Question about Canada's covered items with included maintenance - XBimmers

Are the brake pads/discs and wipper blades replacement included in the 4y/80000km maintenance ?

In another thread, i saw that it was covered in the USA, but it is not clear, from the bmw.ca site, that the same applies in Canada.

My dealer said it's not covered.....
