She got dropped off just as the dealer was closing

I'll be able to pick her up Monday after they prep her. Took some really quick pics as it was cold and rainy and she was dirty

I'm in LOVE

Can someone verify if the wheels are the all seasons? I didn't see anywhere on them that stated anything but the tread looked like all season rather than summer tires. There wasn't a sticker on it, so I couldn't see if I'm getting charged for the 309's they put on by mistake!! I do love them though!!

Yes. those are all season Goodyear LS2s.

CONGRATS!! She's beautiful!

Goodyear Eagle LS2 = All season tire. Looks like they are 245/45 also, so really stumped why they would swap the wheels. You should have gotten those honeycomb style wheels (which I actually like).

Have fun trying to be nonchalant tomorrow and not just spend the day pacing the floor!

Wow! Congrats WTT! Looks just like what I spec'd but I got oyster instead... black leather was intially my first choice and is probably more practical, but I went with oyster in the end. Looks great and it gets me even more excited cause I know mine is on the way and should be here soon as well!

Yo man congrats!! Since we have almost the same build I'm living through you until June 1st when I pick up my baby! I want pics posted post-detail b/c that color when it's detailed is incredible. It's funny...in the dark it looks much darker than in the sunlight... during the day you can almost mistake it for ti-silver but at night she kinds glows!!

You were the one who said you got the tires as a "free upgrade" as they made a mistake right??

You are lucky if so =P. Just wondering if they are all season 309's, that means the wheels aren't staggered right?

Yea good point I never thought about them not being staggered but you are right...all the same with the all-seasons.

BTW here is what I want on my X3...I need to save my pennies but my dealer has my exact color inside and out on the showroom floor with these wheels tires and it is to die for...and I mean sick. 20s just do something crazy to the x3.

Well, as far a "free" remains to be seen! I didn't order them and my build sheet does not have them on it, but they put them on the car! I don't plan on paying for them and am hoping they are not on the sticker! That would be sweet! I did check and they are not staggered. Hoping they would have been, but now that you mention it, they only do that with the summer tires.

I'd totally do the same as you and resist paying and see what happens. here's the thing though....what if they say, "ok no problem...we'll just swap them out for the 308 18's and no problem it willl match your build sheet". Then you are going to be faced with the decision to walk away from the $600 upgrade that's already on your baby or take what you originally expected! Just be prepared my friend....and I don't mean financially, I mean emotionally...b/c it's just $600 bucks and this is pretty much an emotional decision at this point (I'm assuming)

I know Mole7374, my thoughts exactly! No sticker was on it so I was bummed! I'm not saying a word if the upgrade isn't on the sticker. If it is, I'm going to try to get them to throw them in since I didn't order them. In the end, I'll probably end up keeping them if they won't budge. They look great on it! I don't mind the honeycombs though either....but the 19's just look better!

Well $600 is rather cheap in the states.... in Canada, we have to pay $1000 to get all season 309's (not staggered). I totally think $600 is worth it if they have to charge you for it or have to change em bak to 18s, cuz they are going to look rather small after you seen them on 309s.

If they actually DO have to charge you for the wheels, try to make a deal and say mayb you'll pay $300 and take em instead of offering to pay full price =P.

Anyhow, good luck and be sure to post more pics when you get the car on Monday and keep us posted regarding your "free" wheels lol =P!!!!!!

PS, I am still dying to wait for my car to arrive sometime at the end of May, ETA is May 26, and scheduled pick up for 28 for a carbon black X3 35i m sport =P. Can't wait!!!!!
