The xenons are so good I have posted on here that I will never buy a car without them now. The X3 is my first with them and they just destroy halogens in every way. Especially during dusk when halogens don't register on the road; in this mid-dark phase the xenons light the whole road beautifully. Also, you don't get the angel eye daytime driving lights without the xenons.

Mind you, hard to make time move faster - they have to reconfigure the plant in SC to do the australian spec cars, so I've been told they do them in batches. ie there are not cars coming all the time to Oz, we get them in a big lump every couple of months. Moving your order up the queue still doesn't make it much closer in time if that is the case. (Which is supposedly why there are so many cars coming this month after such a dry spell in Australian deliveries) If anything, I would be looking to get the 30d for close to the 20d pricing to apologise to you for the error.

Well...
Ship carrying the new car's left Brisbane Port so hopefully new car's available for delivery around mid March. Ordered August. Possible delivery March.....ouch.

Hi All
we ordered ours on the 8th of December 2011. The dealer already had a spot but could still change the specifications. Delivery 17th of February. The build plate is dated December 2011 the VIN plate is dated Jan 2011. KF |
