Jamk5 is right--call your dealer. Mine was at the dealership while the website showed it still in production and the phone number said it was at the preparation center. Neither of those sources of information are reliable. Either way, sounds like you're close!!

Just got home with the X3…just in time for hopefully the last snowstorm of this year
The Chestnut looks phenomenal in person…not nearly as red as it appears in pictures! Pics to come later.

Congrats.

We really wanted chestnut but did not want to wait so we have black, which is fine and suits us. Be glad you didnt get the alpine white, its a real pain. My wife's mother has it in her X6M and it picks up any dark color off your pants.

Your x3 brought good luck, sounds like the storm is going to miss us!

All the Minnesota deliveries are making me anxious! Closed on mine and leave for Spartenberg on Monday!

Very nice and congrats! Makes me impatient, can't wait to see mine in the driveway!

How are you liking the wavewood trim? That's what I ordered as well and only saw it once in a vermillion red X3, but couldn't sit inside because it was someone's order about to be picked up at the dealer.

Love the wave wood trim. I think it goes well with the chestnut. I will try to get better vid and pictures this weekend.

This is a relief as i wasnt certain about the wave brown wood.

Does it look like real wood?

I also see that you own an african grey parrot? had one also. Incredible what sounds this bird can output.

The wave wood looks like highly polished wood. It looks better than the wood from our previous 3 series.

The african grey in my avatar is Ajax (we have two, along with 4 conures, 2 mini macaws, 2 parrotlets and an alexandrine parakeet (I have their pics up in my album and they have a youtube channel here: http://www.youtube.com/user/watson2harriet?feature=mhum if anyone wants to see the feathered terrors) . Ajax actually just went on a ride with the dogs and gave the X3 two wings up…. I just need to make sure he doesn't chew up the headrest like he did in the GTI

I will definitely do that. It has been raining and gloomy so I haven't been able to take any more pics or vid and can't bring it into the garage since the tile installers have all their equipment in the garage. Hopefully this weekend...

Nice combination! I was not a fan of chestnut, but I have changed my mind watching your video. Congratulations and thank you for posting.

Thanks, I was hoping video would reflect its true color better than pictures. Here are a few pics and the chestnut looks too red here.

One more thing about your pictures... I absolutely love the rain beading on the exterior!
