Transfer case assembly part number

So turns out I need a new transfer case. Realoem shows three different numbers. I know it has "ATC 45L" stamped on it but which of the three numbers should I look for?

It's for a 2012 X3 35i xdrive

You want the AT one as that is the remanufactured part. The first number is listed as 'ended' which means it is no longer available and the second number is for a new part.

Would you know if the 27108697255 comes with or without the actuator motor? If it doesn't, can I just transfer over my old one onto the new one without hassle/programming?

It comes with the actuator motor as well as the VTG control unit which must be coded to the vehicle after installation.
