You can see the Area Under Curve for upgrading downpipes and intercooler is far greater than Peak Gains

Green is AFE drop-in filter

4th gear plots, even JB4 with E30 blend (More octane) does not seem to work better than Flash at same boost level
Highlighting the BM3 Flash Map for 93octane, pay close attention it makes better Area Under Curve Power all the way


- JB4 Map2 run file was done on 93 octane
- V4 is BM3 Map on 93 octane

Second graph I have included a run of E30 with no tuning or bolt-ons involved.

More to come, I will be testing Bootmod3 Flash Map with E30 blend expecting to see another 20whp/30-40wtq+ gains over its 93octane numbers

I went and did some baseline dynos today before my Pure Stage 2 install. Car is a PWG 2014 X3 35i with BM3 stage 1 v3 flashes, Phoenix FMIC, FTP charge pipes, aFe Pro DRY S filter and running about E30-E35 for fuel. Dyno was a Land and Sea DYNOmite at 5280 feet of altitude.

Best run was on a BM3 93 octane OTS stage 1 map at 358 whp and 458 wtq. Gotta love that ethanol torque! The stock flash hated the E30 mix with no learning under its belt and was throttle closing with lean AFRs. I ended up with pics of the graphs emailed to me, rather than the run files. I'll try to drop by and get those later.

Also, I datalogged during the pulls. I'll sort those out and post them later, too. Timing of datalogs and dyno operator were a little off, so most of the logs start somewhat into the run.
