If you know any good local indy shop, I would go with non cpo one. Especially that the new CPO only adds 1 extra year of warranty, with a list of wear and tear parts excluded.

Go for the CPO but be careful, BMW is not kind with what warranty transfers are allowed and the time frame.

We bought the CPO X3 optioned with what wanted with slightly mileage than one without the options we wanted with less mileage. Options trump mileage within reason imo.
