I picked up my X3 tonight - i love it - i love the deep sea blue... and i love the 35i engine. sports seats are going to take a little getting used to but i like them alot

Here is 2 picts - 1 of my X3, another my X3 next to my 328xi that I just traded in. I will post more picts on the pictures forum on the deep sea blue thread

Congrats. I'm fond of the DSB myself, but I went with Oyster. Mojave looks great too.

took me exactly a month - ordered 8/13 picked up 9/13 - I think it actually came in friday or sat but I didn't do BMW financing so I had to get a few things in order before I could take delivery.

Thanks 02420X3 - you can't go wrong w/ oyster or beige w/ DSB - really a matter of preference on how light or dark you want the interior - i'm sure black is tasty too - one thing, after much deliberation chestnut doesn't work w/ deep sea blue. Too bad you can't get Terra or Cinnamon on an X3.

Today's projects - activate Sirius (ran out of time last night), read the manual to figure out idrive and a few things about the convenience key.

I will definitely post some pics when I get it. I'm planing on doing PDC and my dealers best guess right now is late October, so still another 6 weeks at least.
