How do I track my X3 production with VIN from Europe?
I have my VIN and tried to log into the BMW site (US) but it does not let me because I live in Europe. I there a way or procedure to track it? Some web site? Help!

If your looking for a simple answer, bad luck. The formal notion of tracking is only available in the US and even there it is questionable as to whether it works.
For us in the rest of the world, there are things you can track but you have to look for them. There are numerous threads on tracking on this forum. Use the search and hunt for them, it helps pass the time. Good luck!

As far as I understand there is no way of tracking your orders using the VIN if you are in the UK or the EU.
It is a shame as it makes the waiting time seem much longer ! However, I think Sfax has provided a detailed and useful write up on the UK orders thread post #1 http://x3.xbimmers.com/forums/showthread.php?t=480776 |

D'oh ... Now you have spoilt half the fun for them by telling them where to look!

Thanks guys. I guess it won't be an easy thing to do. I did find a number - 800-831-1112- but I called at the wrong time so I can't be sure it works.
