Is .00111 your mf after putting down Msd's? I think the 2014 are now 6000-9000 off msrp in some parts of the country. Your getting 2200 off msrp plus the 2k rebate.

If you get 7 msd's then the dealers mf is .0016 and they are getting it for .0012.

How much is the final gross you are financing. Your residual is 57%. What is your state sales tax. If you finance 52600, your monthly cost before taxes is 656$. I doubt your taxes are 14%. Not a good vibe here

First. Get a good lease app for your phone. Second. Play with the numbers enough that you figure out how they think, and how they make money off you. For instance, you could easily find that same deal at another dealer for 2000$ off that price. That and a starting MF of .0012, gives you a 650$ payment. You may even do better than that. Since your paying for depreciation, the biggest factor of how much your monthly payment will be, is how far from msrp your final gross cap cost is. Good luck. Don't take that deal!

Thanks for all the info here. Still holding back. Dealer went down some more and cap cost is now at $52,250 , and made an earlier mistake , tax is 9.8% here.

Starting to think about buying out my 2011 X3 from lease end. Is a 2.8i, with premium and cold weather package and 16,000 miles and residual is $27,000.
Keep it for a year or two and then trade in or sell private and pick up something else.

Still not seeing the value in the 2014 X3 that is being offered.

I just picked up this exact configuration for 2200 down, 15K lease, returned my 2011 three mths early through pull ahead.

$648 a month including sales tax.

Tire Warranty is a rip off at 1400 reduced from 1500 and now comes with a $50 deductible. You need to check their inventory and see whats been sitting. Mine was sitting for a few months. The 2015s are coming out and you should be able to negotiate a better deal.

Returning a 2011 X3 on Lease

MSRP $56,850
Sale Price $52,690
Residual $32,404

Using MSD $6,891 to begin, $5,600 back at lease end
36 Months
$751 month
MF .00111

Assuming I want all those features, is this a good lease deal?

Thanks for the help
