The steering and dampers both get noticeably firmer on sport mode over comfort. Just drive on side crappy roads and you will immediately feel the firmer suspension. If you don't, check the I drive settings to make sure that the chassis and drivetrain boxes are checked. If they are and you still dont feel a difference, maybe something is malfunctioning. Sometimes I flip he switch to sport when my wife is driving and she notices it immediately. And she likes it. She "forgets" to use sport mode.
