Picked up the 2013 X3 3.5 on Friday via PCD. The driving experience is great, the staff is awesome, and the factory tour is interesting (but if you have watched the Nat Geo video, you've kind of seen it all).

Would have loved more track time, and less time with 2 or 3 really arrogant individuals that made a point of telling everyone how many "M's" and "AMG's" they own.

One thing that I was somewhat curious about: There were at least 7 couples or in a few cases guys by themselves, but only 2 of us were actually picking up vehicles. Given that acceding to BMW my pick up date was "absolutely only one date available" for me to pick up my X3, it appears that BWM is using the PDC for purposes other than actual delivery.

Anyway, it was great fun, if you can fit it into your schedule, I'd highly recomend it. Even the hotel experience was good.

Anyone can visit the PDC as part of "The Ultimate BMW Experience". I took my Dad last month although I picked up my X3 late last year. Did the factory tour and performance driving. I was in a small group made up mostly of people who didn't even drive a BMW.

We had a great time and the staff is great.
