2013 f25 x3

Can anyone help me with this cold start issues. It goes between very low rpm to a high rev will do this till it warms up some. Never has thrown a code since started doing this here is a link to the video of it https://share.icloud.com/photos/019c...M3C073qU-dHXMg

I'll admit i'm new to BMWs, so my suggestions are coming from the japanese side, but this seems like a vacuum or intake leak and the ECU is adjusting/compensating. Dirty mass air flow sensor (MAF), crack in intake tube, intake side vacuum line off or cracked.
Can also be an inconsistent ingition at the plug - check the coils and electrical connectors, pull the plugs and take a look, etc.
