anyone upgrade to UPD01004.bin

i dont think i have all of those options i put in my vin..it didnt recognize it

I couldn't believe my new 2012 didn't come with this update but after I ran the update my phone book issue (with not getting the complete name) was fixed.

I have just installed this upgrade and found that I can now answer my first call (iPhone 3gs) using the steering wheel button.

Hi Guys,

I found a solution for the connection problem between Idrive and BB 9900.

If you are facing tough times connecting the BB you have to do the following:

1. Downgrade your BB software to 7.0.0.1465
2. Update the Idrive software using www.bmw.com/update to UPD01004.bin
3. Delete previuos connection in your car as well as BB.
4. reconnect and I can assure you it works perfectly
