I wish I could think of a witty reposte that won't be seen as 'inappropriate' especially in an international forum. The ones I've thought of so far would make me sound like Terry Collier - I do have that accent!

I want the feature that if you continue to hold down the lock button, the car envelops itself in steel armor, like the Batmobile. Then I wouldn't have to worry so much about where I park.

You could do John Cleese doing a German accent. Don't forget the funny walk.

Tried mine and it does the same thing, it didn't close the shade if you let go the lock button as soon as the mirrors are folding.

Holding the button too long? No matter how i try the sunshade always moves a small amount.

Yep. Think that is it - release mirrors as soon as they engage folding mode. Strikes me as an issue that should have been spotted at testing, so maybe two presses for close sunshade / hermetically seal the vehicle. Merc had this sussed years ago, so bit odd BMW with their power efficiency set about adding to battery drain and annoyance.
