X3 M-Package Tire Size?

I know that they are XXX/XX/19's... What is the width of the tire and the sidewall height? Does anyone know?

Can anyone confirm with certainty that they are All-Seasons?

The 369M wheels are not staggered - they are the same size front and rear with all season tires. My guess would be 8.5x19 all 'round.

Have you taken delivery already? Maybe there is an error in the information material.

Thanks for the post! My US dealer told me they came with All Seasons as well.

EDIT:
I see that the "bulletin" was made 10/22/2010.
My dealer advised me that the tire change from performance to all season was made March 29, 2011.

Guess we'll have to wait until someone takes delivery of a 35i M Sport to find out for certain about the 369M's. The photos I've seen show a square package, not staggered. But I always reserve the right to stand (or preferably sit) corrected.

8,5x19 = ET 38
9,5x19 = ET 48

I still can't believe the M Sport doesn't come standard with summer tires on 19" wheels, in the past BMW has always offered all-season as a no cost option but standard was summer performance. What is the problem with doing that here?

so those of us wanting summer/winter combos and have no need for all season tires, get totally screwed here!

I can confirm that for Canadian models, all M Sport models come with all seasons (wheel style 369M). I suspect that these are no longer staggered, although they were in pre-April builds.

BTW - The 309s come with all seasons too.

well it makes sense that all-season would not be staggered, but performance would...

I am going to tell my dealer (after the price is negotiated) that he needs to put the summer performance tires on at no cost to me or no deal, I bet they do it

I feel your pain Mako, and I get it... even though my taste is the other way around and I'm actually happy they are stocking the M Sport with all seasons. I have the X5 M Sport with staggered setup and summer rubber, and I keep a winter set and swap them out. I'm considering the X3 M Sport as a garage mate for it, and just don't want 8 wheels to store and maintain (not to mention pay for).

They really should provide the option to the buyer, summer performance or all season - your choice. Staggered all seasons would be nice (for looks).

yeah I am going to have 8 in the garage but I would prefer that for the added traction, this will be the family mobile with my two toddlers in it and a wife that is accident prone (likes to rear end people, and skyrocket our insurance), so the more traction she can get in the winter the better.

Yeah, and you're in Chicago so that makes sense. You need a real winter tire. I'm in the mid-Atlantic where our winters are generally milder.
